The ability to:

  • interact positively with others while using effective communication skills.

  • build healthy, nurturing and supportive relationships.

  • foster a genuine connection and develop healthy behaviours towards those around you.

  • actively seek out ways to explore diversity by interacting with people of other cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.

We are social creatures, although like with everything else it is to differing degrees with each individual.  Some of us are the happiest with a few close friends, others need a larger social circle.  The important thing is to build and nuture supportive, healthy, enriching relationships.
